The owner, Scott Parker, will call you the same day we receive your message to discuss your landscaping needs. From there, we'll schedule a meeting at your convenience.

Look forward to receiving an email questionnaire, where you'll answer a variety of questions to help us better understand your landscaping dreams and we'll remind you to send us your property survey. Scott will review your answers before the on-site visit. In this email, you'll also receive a list of close to 100 references if you would like to contact any of our other clients with questions about our workmanship, responsiveness, and customer experience.

Scott will meet you at your home to perform a detailed on-site landscape evaluation. This gives us the information we need to recommend the proper next steps for your project.

Depending upon your choice of design plan and/or pricing, we will schedule a second meeting to review your custom design and/or our pricing information in detail. We believe in transparency and are here to help you make informed decisions about your property enhancements.

Your contract will include:

• A copy of our general liability insurance
• A copy of our worker's compensation insurance
• The project start and completion timeline, which we adhere to barring any unforeseen weather or supply delays
• Payment terms

When you sign your contract and finalize all design decisions, we will order materials for your project.

If your project requires permits, we will help you acquire the appropriate township, country, and/or state approvals. We also call in the required New Jersey utility markouts (gas, electric, water, cable, etc.). It's part of our commitment to handling all the details required within our professional landscaping services to make the process simple and enjoyable for you. 

Before our installation crew arrives, we will contact you to confirm the start date. By this time, your project foreman has already reviewed the meticulous details of your project with Scott and is well-trained and experienced in landscaping, hardscaping, lighting, and drainage. You can contact your foreman any time to discuss progress and ask questions, and Scott remains available to you as a resource, as well.

On the day we complete your project, we will schedule a meeting with you to review our guidelines for the care of your property. You'll receive care sheets for your specific project. 

We are happy to check up on our work, and we will never charge you to revisit your property if you have any questions or concerns. Our same-day communication promise applies forever, long after your project is finished. We're always here for you and your outdoor living space.
